To move a booking

Write before your class starts, from the email address you booked with, and say which time you would like instead. Your dashboard shows the new time as soon as it has been changed.

If a class will not play

Refresh the page first; it rejoins the class at the point it has reached. If that does not fix it, email us with the class and the time and we will rebook you.

About your feedback

Send your drawing in from the class page or your dashboard. If your feedback has not arrived within 48 hours, or you have a question about it, reply to the feedback email or write to us.
